Global Solutions Project Pipeline

scalable low-carbon engineering for mobility & home energy

Our projects form a growing pipeline. Each one moves from feasibility to live pilot, with defined partners, milestones, and routes to scale. Current focus includes Project GANESHA (EV-rickshaw battery-swap & home energy, Nepal) and Project HAECHI (universal battery module and control systems, South Korea). New programmes will be added here as they progress.

GANESHA

Project GANESHA is a live demonstration of how scalable technology, local knowledge, and practical engineering come together to deliver lasting change. In rural Nepal, where energy access is limited and transport infrastructure fragmented, GANESHA is building a new model for electric transport and home energy — modular, mobile, and designed for long-term resilience.

HAECHI

Project HAECHI reimagines the electric vehicle powertrain through a universal battery module, designed for flexible use across vehicles and infrastructure. This hot-swappable system allows energy modules to move seamlessly between EVs and solar charging stations, enabling real-time range optimisation and circular energy use.
