The Tree of Collaboration:
Growing Global Solutions

2016 — The Roots Take Hold

Global Solutions began long before the name existed.

In 2016, David Tetlow was concluding a university-funded research project on water-generation systems at the University of Nottingham when he first met Paul Kerby at the offices of Geo Green Power, in Nottinghamshire.

Paul was working on renewable-energy initiatives involving Geo Green Power and Solar Ready, where his technical insight was driving practical innovation.
Meanwhile, Philip Tyler was consulting for Solar Ready, lending his expertise in project management and business development.

Though brief, these early overlaps planted the roots of a partnership built on shared values, complementary strengths, and a common belief that innovation should always lead to real-world results.

2018 — The Trunk Forms

By 2018, David and Paul were collaborating actively on pollution-control technologies for livestock farms and renewable-heat systems.
David managed delivery and stakeholder coordination, while Paul led engineering design and system innovation.

During this time, Philip contributed as an independent consultant, supporting proposal writing, funding bids, and business strategy.

The trio’s working rhythm took shape. Clear communication, practical delivery, and a strong sense of mutual respect.
These foundations became the trunk of Global Solutions: stable, aligned, and built for growth.

Over the next two years, Philip became a central part of the leadership dynamic.

Together, the three delivered a series of pioneering projects, including advances in battery thermal-management systems under Innovate UK’s Energy Catalyst programme.

Their individual expertise began to branch out into a unified structure — technical innovation from Paul, delivery and governance from David, and financial and strategic direction from Philip.

The success of these projects confirmed what had become clear: their collaboration created results that were consistent, measurable, and ready to scale.

2023 — Blossoming on the World Stage

Global Solutions entered a new phase of growth with projects that extended far beyond the UK.

Through partnerships with NEVI and the Three Sisters organisation, the team launched Project GANESHA in Nepal, developing intelligent, low-carbon energy systems for rural communities.

Soon after, they joined Project HAECHI, a UK–South Korea collaboration integrating sensor and AI-based optimisation technologies.

Each project strengthened Global Solutions’ international presence and demonstrated how its deep-rooted partnership could adapt, evolve, and flourish in new environments.
David’s operational expertise, Paul’s technical creativity, and Philip’s strategic focus continued to shape every branch of progress.

2024–2025 — Deepening the Roots, Expanding the Canopy

With GANESHA now in active delivery and HAECHI advancing to Stage 2, Global Solutions continues to grow through collaboration and trust.

David leads programme delivery across international partners, Paul refines the technical systems that anchor each project, and Philip builds the financial frameworks that sustain long-term progress.

Their combined approach keeps the company grounded in its original principles — partnership, precision, and purpose — while extending its reach across new sectors and regions.

Every project adds another ring to the tree, strengthening both its roots and its reach.

The Living Timeline

Global Solutions remains a partnership defined by clarity, integrity, and collaboration — a growing network of projects and people connected by shared standards and measurable impact.
